388wn Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By registering an account on 388wn, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied at the time of registration and continue to be satisfied for as long as your account remains active:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. 388wn strictly prohibits participation by individuals below the age of 21. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not under any legal disability or court order that would prevent you from doing so.
• Jurisdiction: You are not accessing the platform from a territory in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 388wn complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Not a Restricted Person: You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 388wn or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform suppliers.
• Single Account: You do not already hold an active or suspended 388wn account. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
• Accurate Information: All registration details you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — are accurate, truthful, and current.

388wn accounts are personal to the registered Player. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. The following rules govern all 388wn accounts:

• Login Security: You must not share your account password with any third party. 388wn strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility.
• Account Updates: You must notify 388wn promptly if any of your registered details change, including your name, address, or payment method. Outdated information may cause withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Dormant Accounts: An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 388wn reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and will notify the registered email address before any fee is applied.
• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your 388wn account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one 388wn account — whether under your own identity or a third party's — is strictly prohibited. All accounts in a duplicate group will be closed and winnings realised across those accounts will be voided.

388wn accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the payment methods listed on the Cashier page of the platform. Currently supported deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following terms apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. 388wn reserves the right to adjust the minimum deposit amount at its discretion with reasonable notice provided to players.
• Accepted Funds: You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method registered in another person's name, is strictly prohibited and may be treated as fraud.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 388wn account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.
• Deposit Fees: 388wn does not charge any platform-side fee on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges, which are beyond 388wn's control.
• Declined Transactions: 388wn is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by a deposit being declined by your payment provider. If a deposit is declined, contact your bank or wallet provider before retrying.

388wn is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests made by players:

• KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification (CNIC copy plus proof of address) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Verified accounts receive JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are processed within one to two business days.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. 388wn reserves the right to use an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
• Wagering Requirements: Funds originating from bonus credits must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before requirements are met will result in those bonus funds being removed from the withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawal Fees: 388wn does not charge platform-level withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Network or bank fees imposed by third-party payment providers are the player's responsibility.

388wn offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket betting boosts, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. Players who have self-excluded, are under investigation, or whose accounts are restricted are not eligible to claim or use bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from those bonus funds become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible game lists are published on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonus Validity Period: Each bonus carries an expiry period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Uncompleted bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry with no recourse.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is Rs 2,000 unless otherwise specified. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in bonus cancellation and voiding of associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: 388wn employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated wagering, multi-accounting, and systematic exploitation of game mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

All casino games available on the 388wn platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified. The following fair play obligations apply to all players:

• No Automated Play: The use of bots, scripts, automated clicking software, or any other automated means of playing games is strictly prohibited. 388wn's systems actively monitor for patterns consistent with automated play.
• No Bug Exploitation: If you discover a technical error, game malfunction, or apparent bug that produces incorrect results or unfair advantages, you are obligated to stop playing and report it to support immediately. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known or suspected bug may be voided.
• Game Outcomes: In the event of any discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 388wn's server, the server record is authoritative. 388wn is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity interruptions on the player's end.
• Return to Player (RTP): Published RTP percentages for each game represent theoretical long-term return rates and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. RTP figures are independently verified and available to players on request.

The 388wn sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international matches, and domestic competitions), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is confirmed only when 388wn's system issues a bet reference number and the corresponding amount is deducted from the player's Real Money Balance. Bets are not confirmed by the player simply pressing a "Place Bet" button if the system has not processed the transaction.
• Odds Changes: 388wn reserves the right to correct any odds that have been published due to a manifest error. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — such as odds significantly below the market price due to a data feed error — may be voided or settled at the corrected odds.
• Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of its original scheduled start, or abandoned before the minimum number of minutes/overs required to constitute a valid result, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned in full.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay between the player placing the bet and the bet being accepted, to prevent exploitation of live data advantages. In-play decisions by 388wn's trading team are final.
• Match Fixing: 388wn cooperates fully with sporting integrity bodies and law enforcement agencies. Accounts suspected of placing bets linked to match-fixing or spot-fixing activities will be suspended immediately, and all relevant information will be shared with appropriate authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388wn platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity intended to circumvent 388wn's anti-financial crime controls.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in table games or any other game where collusion could influence outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or sports integrity violation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 388wn support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or to reverse-engineer any part of the 388wn software.

388wn is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:

• Age Restriction: The 388wn platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We carry out age verification checks during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Suspected underage accounts are suspended immediately pending investigation.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts via the account settings dashboard. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

388wn collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read together with this document. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. In summary:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance.
• 388wn does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to provide the platform's services and meet legal obligations.
• Players have the right to request access to their personal data, request correction of inaccurate records, or request deletion of data subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388wn's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 388wn shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any service interruption, system failure, or delay caused by circumstances beyond 388wn's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network failures, or force majeure events.
• Any loss suffered by a player as a result of their failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• The outcome of any game or bet, which is determined by certified RNG systems or sporting events entirely outside 388wn's control.

388wn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account and terminate these Terms & Conditions with immediate effect in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.
• Discovery that the Player provided false or fraudulent registration information.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or participation in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player, in which case the account is locked rather than deleted.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring 388wn to terminate the Player's access to the platform.

Upon termination for cause, 388wn reserves the right to withhold and void any balances in the account, including real money balances, where such funds are reasonably suspected to be proceeds of fraudulent, money-laundering, or bonus-abusive activity. Where no breach exists and 388wn initiates termination for operational reasons, the Player's verified Real Money Balance will be returned in full.

388wn reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following process applies to any material changes:

• Notice of material changes will be provided to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect.
• The updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.
• Continued use of the 388wn platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.
• If you do not accept any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified Real Money Balance.

388wn is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. The following dispute resolution process applies:

• First Contact: If you have a complaint about any aspect of the 388wn service, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our team aims to resolve all complaints within 72 hours of receipt.
• Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 14 days of first contact, you may escalate it in writing to 388wn's designated complaints manager. All escalations will receive a formal written response within 14 days of escalation.
• Independent Dispute Resolution: If your complaint remains unresolved after exhausting 388wn's internal complaint process, you may refer the dispute to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity designated by 388wn's licensing authority. • Game Outcome Finality: The outcome of any casino game round or sports bet as recorded on 388wn's server is final. 388wn will consider disputes relating to game outcomes only in cases involving a verified technical malfunction that can be confirmed by server logs.
• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388wn holds its gaming licence. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the ADR process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
